How to get a new PRE - PAID PCO ( New or converted from postpaid PCO)

To get a new Pre-paid PCO, follow the following steps  : 1.    Submit application at CSCs 2.    Land line will be provided to you and the same will be configured as FLPP PCO. 3.    Purchase the Account card from CSC to get activated your PCO line. 4.    You will be informed by BSNL/CTD that your line has been configured. 5.    Follow the instructions given on the Account Card.
